About Folkemødet 2027
Folkemødet is Denmark's largest democracy festival and brings thousands of people to Allinge on Bornholm each year. Politicians, citizens, associations, organisations and businesses meet across differing views for debates, conversations and events centred on democratic dialogue. Folkemødet 2027 takes place from 17 to 19 June.

Practical information
Camping
The Folkemødet association manages Camp Drømmeland and Camp Ung Agenda within walking distance of the festival area. The current accommodation page says booking is not yet open.
Transport
Folkemødet can be reached by ferry to Rønne, flights to Bornholm and bus services on the island. BAT adds extra regional buses between Rønne Harbour, Rønne Airport and Allinge during Folkemødet.
Accessibility
Folkemødet works according to universal-design principles and offers accessible furniture, sign-language interpretation of party-leader speeches, quiet zones and the Sunflower Programme. Accessibility and wheelchair access are also stated for individual events and venues.
