Madens Folkemøde is Denmark’s public gathering on food, creating space for conversations about food culture and food systems. Producers, chefs, professionals, organisations and food enthusiasts meet in Nykøbing Falster for debates, workshops, demonstration kitchens, tastings, dinners and other experiences focused on both what we eat and how food is produced. The 2027 edition takes place from 20 to 22 May.
