About Seniorfestivalen 2027
Seniorfestivalen at Højskolen Marielyst is Denmark’s only festival aimed at seniors. It fills the folk high school’s park and indoor stages with large and intimate concerts, talks, lectures and debates from morning until evening, building on the school’s focus on community, learning and joy in life. The 2027 festival is its seventh edition and takes place on 28 and 29 July.

Seniorfestivalen offers a shuttle bus from the free car park directly to the festival site at Højskolen Marielyst.
Accessibility
Seniorfestivalen 2027 takes place both outdoors in Højskolen Marielyst’s park and indoors. The school’s indoor facilities are under one roof and on one level. Guests using home care or a companion scheme can use it during their stay; contact the school for terms and practical planning. Confirm conditions on the outdoor festival areas with the organiser.
